However, please note if the subject matter requires additional research/materials that are not provided, additional fees may apply along with shipping and applicable taxes. I will deliver on weekends if you live within 50 miles of Augusta, GA until we relocate. Turn around time depends on workload and the speed of your approval of initial comps, but generally runs 1 month. If you need it sooner than that, please let me know up front so I can give you a definite yes or no on the timeline.
